1. Who is Professional Performance Development Group, Inc.?

As a Federal Government contractor, Professional Performance has been in the medical field since our inception in April 1984. Professional Performance continues to provide medical services through our employees at major military medical centers throughout the United States earning us acclaim as the "Vendor of Choice."

Professional Performance is highly diversified. We are organized into five product lines: Medical, Social, Technology, Professional, and Hospitality. Each product line consists of employees who not only possess the required knowledge and experience, but also personify a strong will to succeed. Each new employee is introduced to the appropriate Product Line Team who is responsible for assisting you in getting settled in the job, addressing your questions and concerns, and ensuring that your wages and benefits are received as promised and in a timely manner.

2. Do all of Professional Performance employees work at Professional Performance corporate offices or branch offices?

Since we provide the majority of our services to the Federal Government most of our employees work on military bases or other Federal sites such as occupational health clinics. Our corporate headquarters is located in San Antonio, Texas. Our corporate staff performs management functions such as strategy development and team support to field employees.

3. Is Professional Performance a temporary staffing agency?

No. Professional Performance is a service provider, mainly to the Federal Government. Our contracts with the Government are typically five years - A base year with four option years. A majority of our employees on these contracts are full time employees with a full range of benefits.

5. How do I know if I meet the job criteria?

Our recruiting staff will evaluate your resume to see if minimum requirements are met. If your resume does not meet the position's education and experience requirements, your resume will be maintained in our resume database for a year for future vacancies. We want to find the right fit for you to be successful!

5. Once I submit my resume, how do I know if you received it?

If you submitted your resume online, you will receive an automatic email confirmation from our website indicating that your resume has been received. If you submitted your resume directly to our recruiting staff via email, you will also receive a return email confirming receipt of your resume.

6. Maintaining your resume with Professional Performance?

Once you submit your resume to Professional Performance, it will remain in our resume database for one year. If you have changes to your contact information or information in your resume, please submit an updated resume online. Please check the box indicating that you are re-submitting your resume or submitting an updated resume.

Professional Performance is a Federal Government contractor. Most of our positions are in Federal facilities such as military medical centers and clinics, which are positive work environments with opportunities to gain unique experience, specialization and career diversification.

8. If Professional Performance is a government contractor, how secure is my employment with Professional Performance? What happens to me if Professional Performance loses the contract?

The majority of our Government contracts are for five years. Typically, these contracts are re-competed and Professional Performance has an opportunity to re-bid and keep the contract. If we do not keep the contract we assist our employees with transition to the new contractor.

9. Signed a Non-Compete Agreement?

Contact us. You may have rights you are not aware of. To clarify, you need to contact legal counsel. We will not contact your employer in response to your query without prior authorization from you.
